Reverse engineering of the construction to create prototype, testing of multiple sherpa types, fur heights and densities to test for requisite volume to fill plush body. Testing of multiple patterns, different fabrics and quantities of sherpa. Testing of placement of plush into the small of the back to avoid protrusions or discomfort. Addition of nylon low-friction lining to ease process of transformation. Full prototype of sherpa garment and plush with closures, lining and character embroidery.
